The Viper Mini MK 3 provides a lightweight, easy-to-use option for smaller or hard-to-access wire ropes—ideal for construction and service cranes, anchor ropes, mobile cranes, etc.
Suitable for wire ropes – 6mm to 67mm
Fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes with a diameter between 6mm to 67mm. Ideal for wharf cranes, ship cranes, ROV cables, mine winders, mobile cranes, oil & gas platforms, anchor ropes, deck winches, overhead cranes, ship Loaders, etc.
Suitable for wire ropes – 50mm to 165mm
Recommended for use with ROV cables, vessel crane ropes, underwater offshore wire ropes and drag lines.
How Our Wire Rope Lubricators Work
Each Viper Wire Rope Lubricator ensures deep grease penetration, moisture displacement, and complete coverage for your wire rope. The system works by forcing lubricant into the rope’s core, safeguarding and extending its lifespan.
The lubricator features a durable metal collar with a polyurethane seal tailored to the rope size. Once attached to a fixed point, the rope is pulled through the collar, where a steel scraper removes dirt and debris, flattens loose strands, and prepares the rope for lubrication. A high-pressure, high-flow grease pump ensures the lubricant reaches the rope’s core. With lubrication speeds of up to 1.2 miles per hour, the Viper MK 2 is the fastest option for lubricating your rope.
